My name is Jacqueline Haase - Personal Curator is a way to channel my love of design, home, and family and extend that knowledge and passion to help you create the space of your dreams.

As a Canadian (married to an Austrian) now based in Malaga, Spain, my focus is to serve the ex-pat community by offering a complete range of design services in English - when communicating in Spanish might still be a hurdle yet to conquer (guilty!!). Having lived in three countries, in multiple houses, with three children in tow, I fully understand the unique challenge of creating a home and settling into a new country (equal parts exciting and terrifying!!).

It can be easy to get bogged down with the frustrations of moving or organizing a new home (namely trying to fit North American-sized furniture into a Spanish house!!). I am here to help lessen the burden and offer my expertise to configure your furniture, organize, and coordinate complementary colours, textiles and patterns. Moving to a new city or home should primarily be a fun adventure with only a dash of overwhelm. I am here, at Personal Curator, to provide you with a home that not only looks beautiful but feels right too, so you can focus your time and energy on experiencing all this wonderful city and country have to offer.
