This process is a perfect blend of the Design Plan and Designer for the Day Services.  It is mainly focused on bringing in the finishing touches to a space that is almost there but might be in need of a refresh or a more cohesive design. This is often centred on decorative objects, textiles, paint or wallpaper, making a space more, or less, personalized depending on your needs.

If you are looking to sell or have a rental property, a well-staged home can bring maximum interest (and, let's face it, profit) just by applying a few "tricks of the trade". A well staged home creates a connection with a potential buyer and may contribute to a quicker sale and better price.  It is the same for a rental property - emotions matter and a well designed space can contribute to an overall feeling of peace and comfort. You can rest assured the best features of your property will be highlighted - benefitting all parties involved.

Similar to the Design Plan, this service also includes a detailed design board, product shopping lists/links, room plan etc. The finished design outlined can be completed in-person or virtually, at your preferred pace, or as your schedule and budget allow.
